Kamal Ghali is a former federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice, a co-founder of a Chambers-ranked business litigation and white-collar investigations firm, a highly-experienced commercial litigator and trial lawyer, and a former partner at Bondurant, Mixson & Elmore, LLP.
Based in Atlanta, Kamal previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Thomas W. Thrash, Jr. U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the Hon. Frank M. Hull, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
He holds a J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he served as a Note Editor on the Michigan Law Review, and a B.A. from Emory University, magna cum laude, where he was President of the Alben W.
